Established in 2016, Phoenix M.S. is the first private Romanian company authorized to produce and assemble small caliber ammunition.
From our facility in Bistrita, we combine high-end production equipment, premium raw materials, and an in-house ballistic laboratory certified to CIP and NATO standards.

2016 — Founded as Romania’s first private small caliber ammunition manufacturer
